This policy explains what information all-ai.tools collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the directory.

Who we are

all-ai.tools ("we", "us") operates this AI-tools directory. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].

Information we collect

• Account data — if you register, we store your email address, a display name, and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Content you submit — tools you list, reviews, ratings and votes you post. This content is public by design.
• Usage data — basic, largely anonymous logs (pages requested, timestamps, approximate location from IP) used to operate and secure the service and to prevent abuse such as vote manipulation.
• Outbound click data — when you click through to a tool's website, we record the click with a timestamp, your IP address and browser user-agent. We use this for attribution (so tools know we send them visitors), analytics, and to detect click fraud. We do not sell this data.

How we use your information

• To run the directory: publish listings, reviews and rankings.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To detect and prevent spam, fraud and manipulation of reviews or rankings.
• To communicate with you about a submission, a review, or a request you sent us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies — chiefly a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not require advertising cookies to browse the directory. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.

Third parties

Some functions rely on trusted providers, for example payment processing for sponsored placements (handled by our payment processor — we never see full card numbers) and hosting infrastructure. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service. We also capture screenshots of publicly available tool homepages; this involves no personal data of yours.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Public content (listings, reviews) may remain after account closure but can be anonymised on request. Logs are retained for a limited period for security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

all-ai.tools is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, a notice on the site.
